I hold a PhD in Integral Health from the California Institute for Human Science (www.cihs.edu). My main focus is exploring strategies for mental health development and prevention of depression and anxiety. In my research, I explore how increasing awareness of nonduality and the natural state can help ease depression and anxiety without the use of medication.
I hold an MBA in Strategic and Financial Management from the Schulich School of Business. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School of Management, with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Toronto. Previously, I was the CFO and co-owner of Datazen, a data visualization software company based in Toronto, and led the company through acquisition by Microsoft in 2015. My entrepreneurial experience has helped me identify the need for prevention-based treatment for mental health, as well as the fundamental need for accessible mental health literacy programs.
What inspires me is knowing that a new, innovative, and integral approach is imminent in the field of mental health. I am excited to contribute my research to the creation of a new healthcare platform which will contribute to human development at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels by tapping into the natural healing processes.
I live in Toronto, Canada, and offer mental health workshops, seminars, and consulting.
