"Building Mental Resilience"

Experiential Workshop​

​

This workshop provides educational and experiential tools for sustained mental health and practical knowledge to help build mental resilience. Based on a prevention-oriented paradigm of integral health, the workshop will serve to improve the understanding of the mind and common mental disorders, while increasing resilience, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.

The session will include experiential exercises to help integrate and apply knowledge in practical ways.


Learning outcomes:

• Adopt an integral view to handle a higher degree of uncertainty and change.

• Apply mindset strategies, process orientation, cognitive-behavioural, and emotional regulation tools.

• Learn ways to develop the mind at both conscious and unconscious levels.

• Systematically increase energy levels to optimize performance and prevent burnout.

• Activate the relaxation response daily for physical and mental wellbeing.

• Build resilient relationships through improved communication and collaboration.

• Access higher levels of consciousness to solve complex problems.

• Address current and future challenges in the context of the integral paradigm.

"Psychological Safety in the Workplace"

Experiential Workshop

Psychological safety is necessary for high performing teams, as it helps build a culture of trust, collaboration, and common purpose. This workshop will provide tools to create a culture of inclusion and learning, where people feel safe to speak up, take moderate risks, and work creatively together. It will guide professionals to become psychologically safe leaders and offer ways to increase safety in the workplace by creating conditions for the highest level of authenticity, inclusion, creativity, and collaboration.


Learning outcomes:

• Understand current challenges in the workplace - increased uncertainty, anxiety, and burnout.

• Understand the need for innovation and inter-personal risk taking in creative work environments.

• Promote the highest order of diversity and inclusion.

• Learn the drivers of optimal performance: growth mindset, positive disposition, and process-orientation.

• Activate the parasympathetic nervous system and decrease the fear response.

• Create a culture of wellbeing and belonging.

"Mastering Emotions for Improved Performance and Wellbeing"

Experiential Workshop

This experiential workshop is designed help team members better understand and manage emotions for optimal productivity and wellbeing. While higher levels of uncertainty and change can increase feelings of overwhelm and depletion, recognizing our unique emotional patterns and cultivating new responses can help us deal with challenging situations and thrive. You will learn to use the advanced capabilities of the mind to regulate emotions and help others co-regulate emotional states for improved creativity and collaboration.


Learning outcomes:

• Understand what emotions are and how they affect performance and wellbeing.

• Learn ways to access a wide range of emotions and tune into supportive emotional states.

• Understand the role of the body in processing and expressing emotions.

• Recognize destructive emotional patterns, triggers, projection, and judgement.

• Practice emotional regulation by using the advanced capabilities of the mind.

• Recognize reactive behavior and create optimal emotional responses.

• Use emotional intelligence to improve focus, creativity, and wellbeing.

• Learn ways to help others feel safe and co-regulate emotions to improve collaboration.
